GVM HOA Administration Office
This is the HOA administration office located at gate 8. 1417 Green Mountain Dr., Livermore CO 80536. All administrative functions for the HOA are completed here. The offices of the General Manager, Bookkeeper, Operations Manager, & Public Relations Administrator are all located on the first floor.
The lower floor (basement) of the HOA building is the Mary Keller Community Room.
The Mary Keller Community Room is a great space to use for small meetings, parties, and presentations. The size of the room is 26′ X 26′ (676 sq ft). The maximum number of people who can fit comfortably is 45. There is a small kitchenette to allow for preparing and serving food and drinks. Full WI-FI internet access is available via Starlink. Mountain Meetin’ Place
The Mountain Meetin’ Place is located at gate 8 next to the GVM HOA Administration Office. This space is used for a variety of different functions. It is 32′ x 25′ (800 sq ft). The maximum number who can fit comfortably is 55. There is a full kitchen to prepare food and drinks. Full WI-FI internet access is available via Starlink. - HOA Annual Meeting of the Property Owners
- Glacier Gals twice a year Pancake Breakfast fundraiser event.
- Summer Camp for local area kids.
