For more than fifty years we have established and maintained the community rules we live by, a way of life we fund ourselves by mutual consent. Our members–our friends and neighbors–volunteer their time to serve on the Board and its committees.
And we employ professional managers and competent, effective staff to carry out the necessary work of keeping our world in order and in operation.
As do all well-functioning Boards, we rely on a strong committee structure to address issues that require research, discussion, problem solving, and development of feasible options for action.
Our origin documents and the accumulation of records from fifty years of growth are important guides for our continuing function as a community. We make them available for all to see, for historical purposes and for ready reference in our daily lives.
